• You indemnify and hold harmless Youth&Music/FaithRemix from any copyright infringement claims arising from your submissions

WARNING: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material may result in legal action against you personally. We strongly recommend using royalty-free instrumentals or obtaining proper licensing.

COMPLETE INDEMNIFICATION: By using this platform, you agree to:

• Defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Youth&Music, FaithRemix, and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or legal actions
• Cover all legal fees, settlements, and damages arising from your content submissions or platform usage
• Accept full personal liability for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations
• Acknowledge that Youth&Music/FaithRemix acts solely as a platform host and bears no responsibility for user-generated content

DRIVE LINK SUBMISSIONS: By providing cloud storage links:

• You grant Youth&Music/FaithRemix permission to access, download, and use the submitted audio files
• You are responsible for maintaining accessible links and ensuring file availability during review
• You warrant that the shared files do not contain malware, viruses, or inappropriate content
• Youth&Music/FaithRemix is not responsible for broken links, expired access, or file corruption

SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE RIGHTS: By submitting your social media handles:

• You grant Youth&Music/FaithRemix unlimited rights to feature your remix on all our social media platforms
• You consent to being tagged, mentioned, and credited across Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other channels
• You agree that your submission may be used in promotional videos, reels, stories, and posts
• You understand that social media posts featuring your content may generate revenue for Youth&Music/FaithRemix
• You waive any claims to compensation for social media usage of your submitted content

SUBMISSION TERMS: When you submit content to FaithRemix:

• You retain ownership of your original creative contributions (lyrics, vocal performance)
• You grant Youth&Music/FaithRemix a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and promote your submissions
• You warrant that all submitted content is original or properly licensed
• You consent to your social media accounts being mentioned in connection with your submissions
• You understand that submissions may be featured in podcasts, social media, YouTube videos, and promotional materials
• You acknowledge that Youth&Music/FaithRemix may monetize content featuring your submissions through advertising, sponsorships, or partnerships

Artist Mentions: By referencing or remixing existing artists' work, you acknowledge this is for educational/transformative purposes under fair use. Original artists retain all rights to their work.

DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY:

• We collect submitted audio files via cloud storage links, social media handles, and contact information for platform functionality
• Your submissions may be publicly displayed with attribution to your provided social media accounts
• We do not sell personal data but may share submissions for promotional purposes
• You may request removal of your content by contacting us directly
• Recording sessions may be recorded and used for podcast/promotional content
• We access your cloud storage links only for the purpose of downloading submitted content and do not retain access beyond the submission period
